Bill was the founder, CEO, Group President and Board Director of Cordium from 2001 to 2018. Cordium was a pioneer in the use of technology in GRC consulting and was acquired by ACA Group in 2018. Bill was a Partner and member of the Executive Committee of ACA Group from the acquisition of Cordium to December 31, 2018. From 2019 to early 2023 via Mulligan Ventures, he served as a consultant advising clients on the GRC sector. Bill has a BA from Boston University and JD from Cornell Law School.
