Proactive was acquired by Abacus Group, where Jacob was a member of the leadership team. Jacob was most recently the Global Head of Customer Success & Strategy at Drawbridge Partners, a cybersecurity firm serving the investment industry. Jacob has a BA from Columbia University and maintains a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
